We plan to partner with public agencies, including ports, to develop and finance vessel and port electrification projects. The Public Private Partnership model is central to the Zeeboat™ business model.

The Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provide historic levels of federal funding for port electrification projects, including projects developed by public private partnerships.

We’re also considering use of large institutional guarantees, both foreign and domestic, for debt capital financing of electric vessel construction and infrastructure development. One example: an innovative method (“NGS”) patented by a visionary entrepreneur in Japan, which combines potential profit participation with a guaranteed return of principle.
